QX District Urban Management in the continuous innovation and reform,urban management system staff as the main force of urban management plays an important role.With the increasing number of employees,in the current urban management work continues to develop,the increase in the content of work,the increase in pressure,and staff to improve self-awareness,ideological diversity,social environment and other factors together,due to institutional factors appeared civil servants,institution public institution business units,hiring,secondment of employees,their attribution felt varying degrees of landslides,the continuous improvement of urban management efficiency has been very negative impact and the current QX District Urban Authority staff are the main factors affecting,to a large extent with the staff Identity is different,and their identity is generated by close contact.Therefore,in order to further study the sense of belonging of employees,we need to conduct in-depth investigation and study of the different situations of employees,understand the attribution of different employees,and their problems and ideas.Combined with the actual,strategy to enhance the sense of belonging,to enhance team building and management,the identity of different employees into the unity of urban management work,cohesion for the public to provide better urban management services.In this article,we belong to the domestic and foreign theories on urban management bureau employee classification system to investigate different identities,from salary satisfaction,the feeling of recognition and link desired unit,state-owned units and individuals,job satisfaction,and the focus of the unit factors that affect six main regulations satisfaction,organizational culture and sense of belonging,investigation,interview survey,and found that the combination of different identities to dig out of their sense of belonging.Depending on the identity of the actual situation and the different identities of employees,targeted to develop appropriate policies and measures to strengthen the sense of belonging,the sense of the management system,improve pay,reward,promotion,training,education,work tasks,work time related systems and improve the terms of outreach,development organizations,multi-faceted,multi-cultural perspective of the reasonable demands of processing staff in order to achieve a different identity to effectively enhance the sense of purpose sense of belonging.
