A Study On Villagers' Self-Government System In Guangxi During The Republic Of China

During the period of the Republic of China,the system of villagers'self-governance in Guangxi was different from today's system of villagers'autonomy.Today's system of self-governance of villagers means that the villagers' autonomy is a kind of grass-roots system of self-governance of the peasants in the rural areas at the grass-roots level,exercising autonomy according to law and carrying out their own affairs.In the period of the Republic of China,the villagers' autonomy was more focused on the self-development of the village due to the differences in history,culture and economy.Compared with today's central control,the law is less restrictive.During the Republic of China,the basic content of Guangxi villagers' autonomy system was more complete than that of other provinces and autonomous regions in the same period.Including the development of villagers self-government organizations and villagers self-government institutions,and organized the villagers democratic elections,created a villager autonomy rules and regulations,improve the villagers dispute settlement.This is not only the development of the villagers' self-government system in Guangxi during the Republic of China,but also the experiences and lessons we can learn from.The most important reason is that the democratic rights of the villagers,the democratic system of villager autonomy is not fixed in the form of law,and in the process of the implementation of this system,the lack of appropriate supervision system and the system of the villagers self-government is not enough.I believe that from the perspective of the history of law to look at the contemporary legal system,to grasp more comprehensive content;from the perspective of the localization of the legal system of contemporary legal system,but also more clear and in-depth exploration.From these angles,it is possible to find a way to solve the current villagers 'disputes and to play the democratic role of the villagers' autonomy system in order to sort out and analyze the contemporary villager autonomy system.This thesis is divided into three chapters:The first chapter mainly analyzes the connotation and content of the system of villager autonomy from the theoretical level,and paves the way for the evaluation and reference.The second chapter makes a comprehensive evaluation of the villagers' autonomy system in the period of the Republic of China.From the analysis of legal characteristics,compared with the provinces of the villagers autonomy,case analysis and other aspects of its essence and dross.The third chapter discusses the reference of the villagers 'autonomy system to the contemporary villagers' autonomy system in the period of the Republic of China.In this paper,the plight of the villagers'autonomy system is focused on the settlement of the villagers' disputes.Therefore,the existing difficulties are analyzed from the aspects of the causes and influencing factors of the villagers 'disputes,and some suggestions are put forward on how to properly resolve the villagers' disputes.
