The pearl river delta region as the forefront of China's reform and opening up,economic development rapidly,guangzhou as a big city,has attracted a large number of foreigners living here,especially in guangzhou yuexiu foreigners concentration is higher,but for a foreigner management is not an easy thing,they are of different religious beliefs,home culture difference is very big,and different professional and personal qualities,at present all sorts of all sorts of foreigners involved in robbery,theft,smuggling and other illegal and criminal activities have become common,and fraud has become the region one of the unstable factors,therefore,the yuexiu district government regulators expect to further strengthen the management of foreigners,for the economic and social harmonious development in the region is of great significance.For foreigners management,however,involves a lot of administrative department,if all the departments can be coordinated,management efficiency will improve,if can't consistent,it may become a management,in this context,this paper takes guangzhou yuexiu district as an example,the administrative coordination mechanism to foreigners.In this paper,the research content mainly includes the following: the first combed the domestic and foreign related research on the management of foreigners,and related theoretical research for this paper studies the theory of protection;This paper expounds the management status of course,yuexiu district of guangzhou municipality on the administration of foreigners foreigners as well as the urgency to strengthen the management of foreigners;To foreigners in yuexiu district of guangzhou are thoroughly analyzed the existing problems in management of administrative coordination mechanism and the reasons of these problems;In view of the current situation,problems and reasons put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.Taking in yuexiu district of guangzhou city as an example,to foreigners management administrative coordination mechanism study,to explore the better management planning,so as to further improve the situation,to promote the region's social healthy development.Benign management of foreigners,can further improve its quality,reduce social instability factors,promote sound and rapid economic development.At the same time,because of the integration of foreigners,has brought the rich and colorful culture,good management can give full play to the advantage,so as to provide economic development after the thrust,is helpful to enrich the spiritual life of the people.And foreigners benign management also can further enrich the relevant theoretical knowledge,but also can provide certain reference for other parts of the corresponding management significance.
