Empirical Analysis On Government's Public Service And Trust In Government Of Migrant Workers

Migrant worker have made huge contribution to China's economic development,but limited by the dual systems of urban and rural and the city government "Economic absorption,social exclusion" policy,they become the city "marginal people" and this situation is obviously not conducive to the recognition and trust of the government of themselves.In recent years,closely related to migrant workers social problems emerge in endlessly,study of government legitimacy and credibility is also growing.However,the government trust studies also less.Therefore,further study of influence of migrant workers to the government trust,reveal the relationship of trust with the government of public service has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper is based on national survey data,the quantitative analysis is the main research method and deeply discuss into the influence of public service to the government trust.The full text mainly divides into five modules:The first module content as follows:the introduction.The main content of this part is to present related research of background,purpose and significance between the public service of migrant workers and the trust of government.Defining the concepts of migrant workers,the public service and government trust.Putting forward the research idea,research methods and innovation points.The second module content is:the literature review and research hypothesis.The main content of this part is to comb the development progress and research status of public service theory and the theory of government trust at home and abroad.Through the analysis of the existing literature and reference for the literature was reviewed,and purposefully put forward the research hypothesis in this paper.The third module content is:the research design and sample.The main content of this part is to introduce the research of design and implementation process,variables used in the way of measuring and assign points situation,presents the continuous variables and class variables in the questionnaire of overall scores,analyzing the balance of samples and make descriptive analysis of the key variables.The content of the fourth module is:the research results and analysis.The main content of this part firstly shows two aspects ratings status quo of migrant workers in public service and government trust.And then through the integrated use of factor analysis,hierarchical regression analysis method to measure the peasant workers'demographic characteristics,rights awareness and participation,human capital,city part,institutional factors,the factors affecting the public services for rural migrant workers and the relationship between the government trust.The fifth module as follows:the content of the study conclusion and policy recommendations.The main content of this part is the system summary of findings and conclusions of this study,and on the basis of this puts forward relevant policy suggestions.Study found that as the government cannot provide equal public services,so that migrant workers give the low level of trust with the government and the public service satisfaction.According to the results of regression analysis,migrant workers to the public service,especially the quality of life and safety,social support and community support three aspects of the public service demand is very strong,which was the obvious influence on the three factors of rural migrant workers in government trust level.This study argues that the government and the community provide public equalization,high quality,high efficiency of public services and improve the transparency of the government itself can improve public trust.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to enhance the migrant workers to the government trust:Raising awareness of peasant workers' political participation,increasing the government public service in terms of social welfare and social assistance,improving the system of vocational education and training,providing guidance of social support,continue to build a service-oriented government and provide equal public services.The shortcomings of this article is in view of limitation of energy and knowledge,the prose have omissions and perhaps analysis will be idealistic and subjective.In addition,the equal probability sampling in the process of research which will exist the possibility of uneven data or deviation,hoping can continue to improve it in the future research.
