It is the township civil servants is the main body of a service-oriented government.At present,our country civil servant at the grass-roots level has a number of more than 5 million people.This huge number of the team is the foundation of the country's ruling.The township civil servants are the most basic structure of social management.They directly work and provide service with the people.They take on the responsibility of building a unity,stable grass-roots level which leads to the final realization of national administrative power.The profession,with the "civil service exam" this hot topic in recent years,received extensive attention of the society.What is the status of township civil servants? What is their career development? These questions are highly concerned.The author hopes that through this article research about the present situation of Linfen township civil servants,so that the facts of their career can be known,to solve the bottleneck of township civil servants during their development,and contribute some suggestions to stimulate them effectually,in order to retain more and more talents at the grass-roots level,to serve common people.In this paper,the integrated use of literature research,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis and other methods of research.The paper,based on mainly Linfen township civil servants,by means of analyzing the survey data and typical case,to sum up the performance of their pressure,analyses the influence factors,c ombined with Maslow's hierarchy of needs,Herzberg "two-factor theory",and discusses measures to reduce pressure of township civil servants.Together with the present pressure of Linfen township civil servants and analyze the current civil servant system,puts forward some suggestions for the development of grass-roots civil servants.
