Township is the most basic administrative organization in our country,it is the basic link of the state power system,undertakes the functions of political,economic,cultural and social affairs in the country.Township civil servants in the forefront of rural work,directly facing the masses of farmers,it is the bridge and link between the Party and the Government to contact the masses,with a link between the important role.With the deepening of China's reform and opening-up and economic development,China's socialist modernization drive into a new era,the entire social structure has undergone profound changes,the various fields are in the critical period of transformation and upgrading,followed by the acceleration of social rhythm,interest demands are constantly differentiated,new ideas impact on people's ideas and behavior,the difficulty of three agricultural work is increasing,and the township civil servants' working category and method are also put forward higher requirements.However,influenced by the basic work environment,the nature of work,the particularity of work content and the traditional idea,more and more township civil servants have a variety of physiological and behavioral problems,which affect the performance and development of the whole organization,and deserve high attention.In this study,follow the logical sequence of what is the professional pressure of the township civil servants,why and how to solve,has adopted the literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires,statistical analysis,and other research methods,pay attention to the actual situation of township civil servants,propose research and solve problems of thought.Firstly,this paper combs the literatures and materials about the research of occupational stress at home and abroad in recent years,clearly studies the background and significance,grasps the core concepts and relevant theoretical foundation,and puts forward the whole research ideas.Secondly,taking Shandong Qingzhou as an example to study the occupational pressure of the township civil servants,17 different levels of public officers were interviewed,the questionnaire of Occupational pressure survey was designed,released among 300 township civil servants,276 valid questionnaires were collected,obtained the first hand data for the research of the thesis.Then using SPSS22.0 and Excel2007 software for data analysis,the paper obtains the working characteristics,role orientation,organizational structure,social support,career development and interpersonal relationship 6 dimensions of the pressure source,preliminary assessment of the extent of impact,and detailed analysis of the individual due to gender,age,working life,the impact of differences in administrative levels on occupational stress.Thirdly,the paper summarizes the causes of the pressure in 4 aspects,township system mechanism,responsibility conduction,manpower and financial resources,individual cognition,analyzed the influence on individual and organization.Finally,from the institutional level to clarify the relationship between power and responsibility,expands the space for the growth of cadres,enrich the work force and so on 5 aspects,the social level to guide the development of professional spirit,optimize the entrepreneurial soft environment and so on 3 aspects,the individual level of accurate positioning of the rational treatment of pressure,smooth communication channels and so on 3 aspects,to put forward the solution to solve the occupational pressure.Hoping that providing useful help for the whole grassroots civil service groups to correctly treat and defuse the occupational pressure.
