Research On The Enterpreneurial Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Party Members Of CCP In The Poor Villages Of Shaoguan

In October 2016,the guangdong provincial party committee and provincial government formally introduce and implement a three-year cyucial actien of accurate supporting agricultural and in poverty alleviation.The aim is that by the end of 2018,the province' 665000 relative poverty population and 2277 villages of relntive poverty will be out of poverty.For some of party members of CCP in poor villages of Shaoguan city,it is the time por them to take a lead in storting their own business.It can not only make them selver out of poverty to get rich,but also can provide jobs and positions for other farmers and a achieve poverty reduction and elimination together.In this paper,through questionnaire and interview,using literature research,statistical analysis,thecurrent status of entrepreneurship for party menber of CCP in poor villages of Shaoguan City an mian characteristics an main problems of entreprenearship were studied.At the same time,using of Wickham Entrepreneurship Process Madel and Maslow's Neel Theony,theentrepreneurial process and motivation of party menbers of CCP in poor villages of Shaoguan City were andlysed.On this basis,the main rensons resulted the entrepreneurial problems were summarized.Finally,incombination with all kinds of steps which have dome by all levals of governments and social groups in order to help and serve the poor party menbers of ruming business,several countirmeasures to solre the problems were put forward.These suggestions include that increasing the cultural qautities and skills of entrepreneurial party mebers in poor villages,building good entrepreneurial enuroment for the poorparty menbers,perfecting the support system of entrepreneurial rinancial policy,improving entrepreneaship educayion training system,strengthening support and services and so on.Powers from all directions gather in one plnce to help the party members of CCP in poor villages of Shaoguan City to do entrepreneurship.There were many researches which fooused on the entrepreneurship of graduates,rural youth,and migrant workers.There was almost no study which focused on theentrepreneurship of party menbers of CCP in poor villages.The purpose of this study is promiting reference for other reseaschers and offering proposls for the government to solve problems effectinely.
