Study On The Training Of Cadres In GX Forestry Department

At present,the government cadres are relatively fixed and little mobile,the job training is the main rout for improve overall quality of cadres.In the context,each units has got to finish the job more better and spent much effort on the various training,which spent much effort on the various cades training that obtain remarkable result and accumulate rich experiences.The writer introduces education work by myself work experience,this paper analyses GX forestry department Cades training of problem and untangles reasons.In recent years,GX forestry department has construct the reasonable training system,it has set up a more comprehensive training network,it has set up well development system and security system,there develop a varied training way,all of these results from practical experience.But still many problem exist,for example,the plan is not scientific,the training cadres is not clear,the teaching ability is not high,the lack of assessment.In order to improves the quality and efficiency of the training of the cadres,we need to improve the management of the training projects,the management in the implementation of the training,and the follow-up management after training.This paper concludes that improves Cades training quality,reforms the top level design of training,builds an efficient system,uses information advantage and information management.
