Research On Classified Training Of Tax Cadres In Qujing City

Only by strengthening the education and training of cadres and building a tax Iron Army can the tax authorities meet the development needs of tax work and play a good role in raising national financial revenue and adjusting the economic layout.The National Civil Servants Law,Regulations on Cadre Education and Training and National Cadre Education and Training Planning point out that cadre education and training must adhere to the principle of grading and classification,distinguish the levels,categories and posts of cadres,and give cadres an accurate positioning.In recent years,Qujing Tax Bureau has insisted on the concept of classified training and continuously strengthened cadre training,and achieved good results.However,in the process of training,problems such as unclear classification and classification of tax cadres,insufficient pertinence of training,training planning and mechanism construction to be strengthened,and poor standardization of training management still exist,which seriously affects the effect of training.This paper summarizes the main training theories and practices at home and abroad by consulting relevant literature.On this basis,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and personal interview,this paper analyzed the classification training of tax cadres in Qujing from three aspects: personal level,training institution level and organizational level,summarized the current situation of the training of tax cadres in Qujing,found out the problems existing in the training,and put forward the optimization from the aspects of training object,organization,implementation and training institution.The countermeasures and suggestions for the training of Qujing tax cadres in different levels and classifications.It is expected to provide reference for the development of Qujing tax cadres training.
