As local government service object,the public,its satisfaction reflects the quality of public policy level in a large extent.In order to understand the public's satisfaction with local government precision poverty alleviation,this paper draws on the ACSI model and combines with the actual conditions of precision poverty alleviation in China's rural areas to build a test model of the public's satisfaction with local government precision poverty alleviation.Based on the 474 valid questionnaire data of 34 villages in Jiangxi province,the model of local public satisfaction for poverty alleviation was simulated,corrected and tested by using the structural equation model,and the empirical analysis was made to provide theoretical support for precision poverty alleviation in rural areas.The results of this study show that public expectation is negatively correlated with the perceived quality of precision poverty alleviation;the public expectation is negatively correlated with public satisfaction;the perceived quality of precision poverty alleviation is positively correlated with public satisfaction,which indicates that perceived quality is an important factor affecting public satisfaction;public satisfaction is positively correlated with public complaint;and public complaint is positively correlated with public trust.Combined with accurate theory of poverty alleviation related to the content and the actual situation of local government precision poverty alleviation hypothesis test results to be explained.Finally,based on the analysis of empirical results,this paper finds out the factors that affect the satisfaction of the local government,and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations in the light of the basic situation of precision poverty alleviation in rural areas of Jiangxi Province. |
