Strengthening government performance is the focus of the study of contemporary government,is the eternal pursuit of the goal of public administration.Government Performance Management so that the current government is more intuitive,efficient,and timely manner to reflect accurately reflect its management process outstanding problems promptly corrected,to help the government to better improve service quality,improve management efficiency,refresh its image,streamline administration,deepening administrative reform,the promotion of social progress and development of great significance.Performance management since the seventies has been successfully used in Western countries the government has achieved good results,in order to reduce government costs,increase government
