Policy Innovation Diffusion Perspective The Influence Factors Of Urban Public Bicycle Research

For traffic congestion and air pollution of "city disease" as well as the public transportation in the urban road traffic system is imperfect,as a result of "the last kilometer" problem,from the perspective of public service innovation policy,our country began in urban public bicycle policy implementation,and showed a trend of diffusion.In alleviating urban traffic condition,curb environmental pollution and other aspects plays a positive role,but also has little to empirical analysis from the perspective of policy innovation and diffusion,and the alert to produce false diffusion of innovation "phenotype politics",this article selects the policy process of policy changes in the study of the spread of this perspective,as a public bicycle in the case of diffusion between cities in shandong province as the foundation,put forward a can explain between China's urban public bicycle policy diffusion theory framework,from internal and external refining city urban transportation system development,city characteristics,city jurisdiction key influence factors such as their own properties,system pressure,in order to demonstrate the possibility of the public service innovation policy diffusion and influence factors,provide some advice for government policymakers in other cities,and provide support for the further development of policy innovation diffusion theory.
