With the continuous development of the modernization of the armed forces,military equipment is being improved and the number of varieties of military supplies is dramatically increasing[1].Making good use of these materials and equipments become an important component of the army's fighting capacity[2].But according to the research,grass-root units logistical equipment warehouse management also exists for some problems,such as old management mode,out-dated ways of access goods,lower automatization and informattization,and so on.Therefore,it is imminent to design a renovation scheme of grass-root units logistical equipment warehouse with good performance and higher automatization.The research on automatic three-dimensional reformation in this paper is based on a series of research on grass-root units logistical equipment warehouse,the actual needs in military warehouse,the automatic warehouse system having been put into use widely in place and the existing army warehouse.This paper mainly proposed an overall planning design and renovation scheme of grass-root units logistical equipment warehouse and carried on the research focusing on the design of stacking machine's mechanical structure and control system.The stacking machine is the core equipment undertaking the business of accessing goods in building automatic three-dimensional warehouse.The main works are as follows:(1)Proposing an overall planning design scheme fit for three-dimensional reformation of grass-root units logistical equipment warehouse.By calculating and analyzing the control scheme,code of goods location,form of general arrangement,shelf arrangement and the size of goods case,the paper determined the operating parameters of the stacking machine.(2)Designing and calculating the various mechanism of stacking machine system to determine the select material and size of every part.On this basis,the paper designed the stacking machine system suited for grass-root units and drew the 3d model using Solidworks 2010.(3)Designing and analyzing the control system of stacking machine and selecting the suitable cybernetics cores,schemes of speed regulating and equipments on principle of reliability and stop precision.Analyzing the running processes and control requirements of stacking machine,selecting the suitable way addressing and equipments,constructing the PLC control system which can meet the demands of running control of stacking machine,and writing the corresponding operation control program.Using Win CC to design the running and control screen to make the stacker and computer communicate and exchange data and monitor and display the running state of stacker.
