Engineers Carry Out Rescue And Relief Task Force Applied Research

With the constant depth of new revolution in military affairs,the mission of the army is changing deeply.Engineer troops play a great role in emergency rescue,safeguard and international peacekeeping.This paper did great adjustment on the specific action of emergency rescue tasks.We started from China's national situation,combining the advanced ideas of inside and outside the army and valuable experiences of emergency rescue,putting forward connotation and feature of the management of emergency rescue and expounding the basic principle which guided the action.On the foundation of problems on crops of rescue mission,we summarized the improvement direction of engineer troops do on emergency rescue and proposed basic thoughts and implementation patterns on the application of emergency rescue strength on command system,resource allocation and formative power.In order to visually display the side of power's scientific application of engineer troops on emergency rescue tasks,this paper chose some important actions in emergency rescue for analysis,and at the end of this paper,AHP was chosen for the assessment of the strength application on emergency rescue.The research results have certain reference value in the emergency rescue and other civilian duties under the background of information condition.
