Multiple task reserve forces mission will lead to the complexity of reserve army officers in active service ability construction.In this paper,based on relevant theories of human sources.management,undertake to the reserve force task as the starting point,study the ability system of the reserve force of officers in active service shall have.Taking Hunan province reserve army officers in active service ability construction as an example,in-depth analysis of Hunan province reserve forces mission and the elements of officers in active service ability construction.Mainly divided into three categories,the first category is the execution of task of non war military action of four kinds of main ability of officers in active service need,namely fast response ability,professional ability,disposition of military close coordination ability,comprehensive protection;the second is the implementation of war military ctions to strengthen two abilities: the ability of military operations,the military command ability;third is the other essential abilities,the main ideological and political work ability,and the ability to bear,flexibility in the use of scientific and cultural knowledge.In view of this kind of ability ystem.description,the author through the methods of expert interview and investigation,puts forward the reserve force of officers in active service ability index system and evaluation method.On this basis,according to the Hunan province reserve officers in active service team,through the questionnaire survey,analyzes the present situation and causes of Hunan reserve officers in active service ability,and puts forward the countermeasures to perfect.Has the certain reference value and significance of this set of measures to improve the reserve army officers in active service ability.
