Research On The Standardization Of Decision-making Of The County-level Leading Group Of J District In Chongqing

The leading group consists of leading members,it is the center of decision-making and organizational implementation of significant problem.Leading group is the core problem of ranks of cadres.In the new situation,the standardization of decision-making is one of the most important and difficult issues,also is an important issue on the research of the leading group.The focus of this paper is the standardization of decision-making of the county-level leading group.On the basis of literature review,investigation,interview and expert consultation,questionnaire was established.Taking the county-level leading group of J district for the research sample,through the questionnaire survey form to carry out the research on the standardization of decision-making of the county-level leading group.In this study,Pearson Correlation Coefficient was used to carry out correlation analysis,and the result is good.Through the statistics of questionnaire feedback data,the current situation of the standardization of decision-making of the county-level leading group of J district is analyzed,including the overall analysis and comparative analysis of relevant statistical data.Research on mining the intrinsic reasons of the problems of the standardization of decision-making of the county-level leading group of J district,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the reasons to promote the standardization of decision-making of the county-level leading group.In view of the existing problems the standardization of decision-making of the county-level leading group,the author suggests that the three aspects to promote the standardization of decision-making,namely,democratic decision-making,scientific decision-making and decision-making according to law.The specific practices of democratic decision-making are to deepen the understanding of the democratic centralism in consciousness,establish the rules of procedure and decision-making procedures,and make in-depth investigation and study.The specific methods of scientific decision-making are to strengthen professional knowledge learning,perfect system of tracking and feedback of selection,and follow the scientific decision-making process.The detailed methods of decision-making according to law are to firmly establish the awareness of the rule of law,strengthen the study of legal knowledge,and carry out implementation responsibility system strictly.
