The Research Of Public Security Intelligence Collection Based On Micro-blog

In recent years,as a new social media,micro-blog has been widely used in various fields of real life.There are so many hot events,which have been exposed on micro-blog.Micro-blog has become one of the main media to set off a wave of public opinion in china.As a common platform for the government,institutions,enterprises,media and individuals to publish information,micro-blog has gradually entered the field of public security intelligence.Micro-blog has the characteristics of immediacy,interactivity,self-media and so on,making it an important source of public security intelligence.For the police,the correct use of micro-blog to collect intelligence has become a new challenge.Micro-blog contains content information,user information and interpersonal network information.Micro-blog plays an important role in the detection of crime,public opinion monitoring and emergency response.Police departments need to solve the problem of how to collect intelligence from massive information of microblog in a timely manner.In this paper,we use the research results in the field of intelligence as the theoretical basis.And use the methods of comparative study,field investigation and case analysis,combined with the actual situation of public security intelligence collection as the practical standard.This paper puts forward a set of public security intelligence collection system based on micro-blog,which includes collection principle,collection direction,collection content and collection methods.The purpose of this paper is to carry out a comprehensive,systematic and feasible research on the application of micro-blog to collect public security intelligence,so as to improve the current public security intelligence collection work.First of all,according to the characteristics of micro-blog,this paper analyzes the value of micro-blog.The paper explores the feasibility and limitations of using micro-blog to collect public security intelligence.According to the use of micro-blog in public security intelligence collection,the existing problems are analyzed,and the direction of change is also discussed.Secondly,according to the actual work of the police intelligence department,combined with the collection method of competitive intelligence,this paper puts forward a set of public security intelligence collection process based on micro-blog.This paper summarizes the methods of collecting data such as keyword search,focus on the target micro-blog,the use of special symbols,the discovery of interpersonal networks,data mining.The applicability,advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared and analyzed.At the same time,it also discusses the principles,contents and directions of using to collect public security intelligence.Finally,the specific application of these methods is put forward,and Sina micro-blog is used as the platform for empirical analysis.Through flexible selection and collection methods,collectsintelligence from the public opinion,criminal intelligence and emergencies three angles.It is proved that it is practical and effective to collect public security intelligence by micro-blog.
