Research On The Application Of Crowdsourcing Model In The Collection Of Public Security Intelligence

Facing the wave of information brought by the Internet and the era of big data,the traditional top-down collection model can no longer satisfy the needs for intelligence required in current public security work.Public security organ is urgent to develop new methods for the collection of intelligence as complements to the traditional methods.Based on the background of the current "Internet Plus" police reform,this article learning from the successful experience of crowdsourcing mode in other fields,combines the crowdsourcing model with the intelligence collection to form a more convenient,broader and more participatory new method with the view to solve the difficulties in the current intelligence collection work.Firstly,based on the research of the concept and characteristics of crowdsourcing and public security intelligence collection,this paper makes a preliminary definition of the crowdsourcing model of the public security intelligence collection,and analysis of different application types of public security intelligence collection.Secondly,this paper combines the crowsourcing model's charateristics of open innovation under the Internet.,combines the crowdsourcing model with the intelligence collection has the value for the application of crowdsourcing model in public security intelligence collection,due to its advantages that the model is able to give full play of the wisdom of the public,reduce the cost and broaden the intelligence collection channels.Then,starting from the core concept of the crowdsourcing model,this article has built its basic framework in intelligence collection,and moves further to study its application methods in intelligence collection from the perspectives of participants and the working process.In conclusion,from the establishment of an integrated crowdsourcing platform,optimization of platform construction,improvement of incentive mechanisms,risk management mechanisms and strengthening publicity and education,this article provides some suggestions to enhance the application of crowdsourcing model in public security intelligence collection.
