In recent years,with the extensive implementation of the civil service recruitment system,a large number of post-80 s young people has entered the civil service system,and gradually become the main force of the civil service system.Incentive mechanism is an important part of the construction of the civil service system.The practicable civil servant incentive mechanism can effectively promote the work enthusiasm of civil servants and the government administration efficiency.As a new force in the civil service system,it is necessary for post-80 scivil servantsto improve their individual ability and the government to improve the organizational performance.The current incentive mechanism is often designed in the whole civil service,ignoring the consideration of the particularity of civil servants at different levels and ages.Therefore,as a new group in the era,the management and incentive of post-80 scivil servants is the most important work of administrative departments.In this paper,post-80 s civil servant groups in Nanjing are the object of study,through the domestic and international literature access and collation,give priority to sort out the post-80 s civil service group characteristics,combined with field interviews to obtain the content and the status of Nanjing region,obtained the Nanjing post-80 scivil service group characteristics.And through the existing civil servant incentive mechanism of the content and analysis of existing problems,further excavation of Nanjing City,post-80 s after the civil service groups in which the working environment exposed to the problem.In this paper,the literature reading meyhod,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are taken as the main research methods.Through the in-depth interviews with some post-80 s civil servants in Nanjing and master their status and personal demands,than concluded that this special group has more importance on wages and benefits,fairness of promotion,training and learning opportunities,the degree of individual ability to play and reasonable and effective work supervision and disciplinary mechanism.This paper based on the characteristics of post-80 scivil servants in Nanjing,makes a targeted study on the management incentive of post-80 scivil servants in Nanjing and points out the existing problems and reasons of the current civil servant incentive mechanism.And then put forward feasible management suggestions from three aspects,such as incentive environment,incentive system and incentive measures,aiming at improving the enthusiasm of post-80 scivil servants and improving the quality of civil servants and the efficiency of government work.
