Research On J Prison's Project Archive Management Informatization From The Perspective Of E-government

Prison,as a pure public item with high confidentiality,Its construction and operation management has extremely high requirements.The Prison Engineering Archives plays an important role in prison construction and development.The informatization of prison engineering archives can not only provide long-term preservation in the original basis and information for prison construction and operation management,but also improve the efficiency of prison daily operation and management.Based on practical experience in the engineering archives management and such methods as the Research Integration method,the Case Analysis method and the Investigation Analysis method,this paper attempts to analyze the current situation of the prison J in its engineering archives information management.It summed up the current following problems in the informatization of prison engineering archives:The management of engineering archives is not standardized and the project files are managed mainly on paper and the software and hardware in the informatization of engineering archives are insufficient and talents of prison system in the informatization of engineering archives are in shortage and there are risks in the security of archives informatization.According to a survey on personals engaging in managing the informatization of prison engineering archives,reasons causing such problems prison J were found.First and foremost,there is a shortage of coordination in system design and institution.Secondly,the informatization ability is insufficient.Thirdly,File work is not taken seriously.Author using the e-government theory,governance modernization theory and other public management theories and methods,as well as the experience of electronic archives management and prison information management at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some solutions,such as to improve the standardization and normalization of engineering archives management by using information technology,to gradually increase the investment in the software,hardware andequipment updating,and to accelerate the construction of professional personnel team of archives informatization and so on.By informatizing the e-government,we can enhance the modernization of governance capacity,and improve the level of modernization of prison management.
