Research On The Residents' Participation Apathy Problem In Urban Community Governance In Northern Of Anhui Province

The current level of urban community management in northern Anhui is relatively backward,the enthusiasm and ability of residents to participate in community governance activities is insufficient,and residents' participation apathy has become a bottleneck restricting the development of community governance.To further study this issue,it is of great significance to promote the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community governance and to promote the healthy development of urban community management in northern Anhui.This article takes the northern Anhui T county as the main research object.the comprehensive use of literature,case study,qualitative and quantitative analysis and other research methods,the urban community in northern Anhui residents involved in indifference issues were discussed.The first part of the paper is divided into six parts,the first part introduces the research significance of the paper,domestic and foreign research status,research methods,innovation and shortcomings were outlined.The second part defines the concept of community governance and participation in indifference,and summarizes the governance theory,citizen participation theory and its applicability to this paper.The third part analyzes the situation of residents 'participation in indifference and the harm of inhabitants' participation apathy in the urban community governance of T county from the aspects of participation characteristics,attitudes,passivity and identity.And the residents involved in the indifference of the hazards were described.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the indifference of the urban community residents from the aspects of economic base,traditional culture,community participation mechanism and residents' own quality.In the fifth part,according to the reasons of residents 'participation in indifference in the urban community management in northern Anhui Province,from the aspects of developing the social economy,cultivating the community to participate in the culture,improving the community participation mechanism,improving the residents' quality and community consciousness,Countermeasures of Residents' Participation in Indifference in Urban Community Governance in Northern.The sixth part of this article for a profound summary and reflection.
