Analysis On The Central Law Committee

This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction of the thesis and give a brief introduction to the research outline,research status and significance of the topic,research methods and innovation,through the intro duction,the first chapter reviews the recent research status of legal history scholars study Chinese and the CPC Central Committee Law Committee,at the same time points out the significance and deficiencies that the domestic research in this field,meanw hile,explains the research methods and innovations of this thesis.The second part is the main body of this thesis which does the research of Central Law Committee mainly from timeline,introduces the working status of Central Law Committee before its establishment,during its foundation and after its revocation.Besides this part introduces CPC's legal work from the Anti-Japanese War to the period of Liberation War of CPC and the task and challenges CPC faced,and achievement and experience it had.This part analyzes the process of establishment,institutional construction,nature and tasks of the Central Law Committee in detail.The third part discusses the institution setting and main work of Central Law Committee,it focuses on the abolition of the pseudo legal system,drafts the Interim Constitution,Marriage Law,and other legal regulations,formulates judicial cadre training program and founded the Law University and other important contributions.It shows the historical achievements of Central Law Committee in Chinese legal system history.The fourth part objectively evaluates the historical contributions and limitations of Central Law Committee in the historical background.Finally,according to the conclusion,we can combine the inspiration through the research of the Central Law Committee with existing legal problems in Central Law Committee,to point the way for the development of the socialist legal China and to provide a new way of thinking to socialist construction under the background of speeding up the construction of socialist society and the dominant thinking of safeguarding the stability.
