Sun Bin wrote in the chapter of Moon Wars in his book Art of War “Nothing is more important than human beings in the universe.” As the social competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer,human resources have already become the core competition resource for organizations.Therefore,it is of vital importance for senior manager to fully understand questions and find the relevant solutions including,but not limited to how to motive employee achieve their full potential,how to improve job involvement and how to establish a management pattern for employment retention driven by potential career development,passion and attractive remuneration.Recently the study of perceived organizational support has attracted numerous attention in the research field of organizational behavior study and human resource management.Particularly noteworthy is that the relationship between perceived organization support and job involvement has gained increasing attentions across various research areas.Nowadays China is in an important stage of society transformation which is accompanied by increasing unstable factors.Thus strong protection grassroots police protection is indispensable to achieve long tern social stability.For grassroots police,it is the internal support coming from their job organization that acts as a strong defense when they experience hardships,temptation,acidtest of survival and death.Therefore,the study the impact of perceived organizational support on grassroots police job involvement will benefit the formation of a better-managed public security team,the occupational well-being and self-efficacy of the police.Based on various research studies at home and abroad,this paper investigate the relationship between perceived organizational support and grassroots police job involvement,by taking the grassroots police as the research object and combining literature research and practical investigations.Following conclusions are drawn based on our scientific analysis.First,grassroots police perceived organizational support and job involvement are in the upper middle level,i.e.,there are still rooms for improvements.Second,there is a significant positive correlation between perceived organizational support and job involvements,and there is also a significant correlation between the two dimensions.Last but not least,suggestions for promoting job involvement are provided based on aforementioned conclusions,hoping that it will benefit and make a contribution in the deepening of public security reformation.
