A Study On The Developing Strategy Of Tianjin TAIYUNG

After several years' development, based on providing special service to coating industries, Tianjin TAIYUNG has become one of the largest oxygenated solvent distributors in north china. Facing more and more competitive circumstance, Tianjin TAIYUNG must keep the rhythm of market changes, take advantage of it and develop itself adequately with the new challenges.During the research, firstly, history and actuality of Tianjin TAIYUNG has been analyzed. Then, based on the core competence theory, Tianjin TAIYUNG's strength and weakness as well as the opportunities and the threats facing in the interior and exterior environment have been summarized. More over, the comprehensive analysis has been done by using IFE matrix, EFE matrix, CPM matrix, SWOT matrix and QPSM matrix systematic method. The strategic elements in qualitative and quantitative ways have been provided, which is the academic foundation for optional projects. Finally, combining with Tianjin TAIYUNG's strategic targets, chose client resource management as the dominant stratagem and provided corresponding measures.Adopted the framework analysis of the enterprise stratagem management theory, this paper has provided the growth strategy, academic basis as well as action projects for Tianjin TAIYUNG..
