Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Video Surveillance System In Yindu District Of Anyang

Since the "Peace Anyang" building and strengthening the police with science and technology strategy implementation,Anyang Municipal Public Security Bureau have carried out large-scale video surveillance system construction work,to further strengthen the security system construction.However,with the further development of "Peace Anyang",the construction of Anyang video surveillance system also exposed some problems,especially in the rural areas,it is urgent to further improve and perfect.Therefore,this paper take the construction of video surveillance system in rural areas of Yindu District of Anyang city as the research object,mainly uses the literature research,field observation,investigation,case analysis,analysis of existing problems and causes of rural video monitoring system construction in Yindu District of Anyang City,to explore the methods to solve problems.In the first chapter of this paper,the security situation in the rural areas of Anyang District of Yindu is analyzed.Because there are industrial areas and tourist areas in the rural areas of Yindu district,it brings some influence to the security problem in rural areas,the formation of the usurpation of such cases as the main security problems especially in the theft cases.The second chapter describes the importance of video surveillance system in the public security prevention and control system in rural areas of Yindu District.Video monitoring is an important means of crime prevention and control in rural areas,it can record the criminal process,provide evidence of a crime,provide the basis for combining cases,improve the case detection rate,improve police efficiency,and standardize law enforcement activities.The third chapter describes the current situation of the video surveillance system in Yindu rural areas.According to the technical standard of rural area video surveillance system in Anyang,there is a big gap in the construction of video surveillance system in rural areas of Yindu District.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems of the rural video surveillance system in Yindu District.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to improve the construction of the video surveillance system according to the actual situation in the rural areas of Yindu District.The innovation of this paper is to collect first-hand information through in-depth investigation,accurately reflect the real situation of the construction of video surveillance system in rural areas of Yindu District of Anyang city.In the perspective of the researchers,by analyzing the video monitoring system construction in rural areas of Yindu District,is not only conducive to the local public security prevention and control work,and,more importantly,to be used for reference in other domestic security prevention and control in rural areas.
