The Study On Hunchun Policing Management In The New Period And Problems And Countermeasures

Hunchun region a unique geographical position,good market prospects,the floating population concentrated,frequent international exchanges,personnel exchanges,with rich tourism resources,good ecological environment,but also in line with the "grand vision of The Belt and Road".This situation has brought a series of good economic situation in Hunchun,but with the rapid development of city construction,rapid influx of people and goods,both in the social security prevention and control is still in the fight against crime and other aspects,it puts forward new requirements and challenges to the Hunchun police and Jilin police,so the police management model in Hunchun area has certain research significance.This paper tries to use the basic theory of political science,science of administration and management,take the research methods of theoretical analysis,empirical analysis and normative practice,combination,based on the research of other scholars,in-depth research,broaden their horizons,for serious research and exploration in our province Hunchun police management development has been achieved work achievements and unsolved problems,in order to make its contribution to the theory and practice of police reform in Hunchun.This thesis is divided into three parts: the first part explains the research background and significance of the topics,experts and scholars at home and abroad;the second part analyzes the encountered difficulties in policing management in Hunchun area;the third part puts forward the improvement and perfection of the current Hunchun police management countermeasures and suggestions.
