In recent years,the economy and society have developed continuously.At the same time,the speed of urbanization in China has been accelerated and the number of cities has been increasing.The scale of cities has been expanding and the scope of public affairs has been expanding.On the one hand,community neighborhood committees,the link between a modern city and the general residents,become more and more important.On the other hand,the management of community neighborhood committees is also facing new problems and challenges.Community operator procession play a key role in building community,so it should been given more attention.According to practical situation of DG Street community operator procession construction,this paper analyses the status and problems of community iperator procession construction through the questionnaire and interviews.Through the research,we know that the community operator procession construction of DG Street is becoming more reasonable and the quality of the team is higher and most of them have a higher job satisfaction.However,we also find some problems that the professional and ideological professional abilities and work enthusiasm need to be further improved.The compensation and benefit system needs to be scientific as well as training content can not meet the actual needs.I analyse the causes is the lack of division between Community committees and community workstations,promotion and professional conduct and training is insufficient,the performance management is unscientific.I offer some detail countermeasure and suggestions to promote the community operator procession construction which include enhancing awareness,extension of development space,scientizing performance management,percecting pay system and improving training.
