Study On Enhancing The Credibility Of Law Enforcement Of Public Security Organs

The credibility of law enforcement of public security organs refers to the public security organs in the maintenance of social stability,the fight against crime,the public trust in the ability to obtain the process of law enforcement power conferred by the use of law,and the identity of the majority of the people of the law enforcement process of public security and law enforcement results,its essence is the majority of the people of the public security organs in the process of law enforcement and trust the public security organs of law enforcement authority to the public credit level.Because the level of law enforcement of public security organs and is closely related to the credibility of the public security organs in the fairness of public security administration and criminal investigators,and the public satisfaction is closely related to law enforcement of public security organs,the image and the public security organs and people's police in the eyes of the people are closely linked,so the public security organs in undertaking "three major political task" major responsibility at the same time,be sure to on the issue of the construction to improve the credibility of law enforcement attention,and constantly improve the quality of law enforcement,harmonious relationship between the police and the people,to create a good environment for law enforcement,provide effective protection for routine law enforcement of public security organs carried out smoothly,lay the foundation for the creation of a good social security environment.In this paper,the credibility of law enforcement of public security organs as the research object,from the scholars at home and abroad and the relevant departments on the issue of credibility of the research results,found that most of the current study is focus on the credibility of the government,the public security organs of law enforcement credibility research involved much,in China put forward the rule of law under the background of comprehensive,has important practical significance study and improve the credibility of law enforcement of public security organs.Starting with the theory of public trust,this paper expounds the connotation,characteristics and practical significance of enhancing the credibility of the law enforcement public security organs.Through the analysis of the credibility of law enforcement of public security organs and the weakening of the credibility of law enforcement difficulties in the construction,put forward the exercise from the protection of power,expand the law enforcement of democracy,the seven aspects of establishing evaluation system to further enhance the credibility of law enforcement countermeasures and suggestions.
