Since the media opens up a new public communication space,it gave rise to the network public opinion is also to the daily management of the public sector has brought new challenges.The construction development of civil airport and the quality of services have been closely watched by the social media and the media.Especially in the media environment of development,some common services contradictions disputes and complaints are often forming a network public opinion crisis.It will disturb the normal service order and caused the image crisis of the airport.Due to the complexity of the network environment and diversity of airport services,it's hard to control public opinion on airport.The media literacy of civil airports had not been improved and strengthened timely,and there are not enough network public opinion monitoring technology and scientific prevention and control mechanism.It gave rise to many problems in response to the network public opinion in emergencies,such as weak awareness of network,weak public opinion guidance,etc.To a large extent,the impression of the airport in society and the public is compromised.In view of this,the managers of civil airports must attach great importance to the online public opinion in the media environment.These years,some rapidly developing international airports and foreign civil airports have some progress in online public opinion management and experience,e.g.the information transparency mechanism of American airports,the scientific propaganda work mode of Germany airports,etc.There also have some weaknesses and missing items E.g.Thailand airports are desgard to the online public opinion,the methods on handling the MH370 of Malaysia airport is bad,etc.Domestic civil airports should learn from advanced experience and the bad lesson,in combination with its own reality,actively transform public opinion to cope with the concept of public opinion,and establish the consciousness of public opinion responsibility,through various measures to promote the openness and transparency of online information,attaches greatimportance and make an active on the impact of opinion leader,and communicate with traditional media,improve the network public opinion coping mechanism constantly,to take scientific and effective management.
