Study On The Construction Of Rural Public Services From The Perspective Of Urban And Rural Planning

For a long time,China's urban and rural "two yuan" development model led to the rural economic and social development is lagging behind the city.Irn the field of public service,its supply mainly takes "city" as the main body,ignoring the allocation of public service facilities in rural areas.In particular,World Expo Olympic Games,National Games,games and other major international events,but also for the construction of city public service facilities and perfect,play a huge role in promoting;while in the construction of new socialist countryside,rural infrastructure and rural public service system construction investment increased,the rural landscape has been changed.But compared with the rapid changes in the city,the gap is still expanding.In this background,the thesis uses field research method,literature research method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method in Fuzhou County of Minhou city as an example,the construction of rural public services from the perspective of urban and rural is studied.The idea of this paper is as follows:firstly,the research background and significance of the thesis,literature review,research methods and content of the study,at the same time,the concept of rural public service construction from the perspective of urban rural development and the theoretical basis are introduced.Secondly,in Fuzhou County of Minhou city as an example,analyzed the status quo of the construction of rural public service in Fuzhou County of Minhou city from the perspective of urban rural co-ordination,again on the basis of the analysis of Fuzhou County of Minhou city construction and the reasons for the problems,and finally puts forward some suggestions on the construction of basic public services in rural areas.The main conclusions of this thesis are:(1)in recent years,Fuzhou city Minhou county government attaches great importance to the construction of rural public services level increasing,existing in the construction of public service in rural area of Minhou County,to increase financial investment funds,also introduced a series of supportive policies,rural basic public service system construction continuously improve the performance for the construction of public facilities,strengthening social security comprehensive polar cap,compulsory education universal health services,and constantly improve the level of service level,improve public safety etc..(2)the existence of rural public service construction in urban and rural areas in Fuzhou County of Minhou city from the perspective of the overall development of urban and rural public services is not balanced,single,basic public service supply mode of rural villagers lack of effective interest expression mechanism and the supply of public services can not meet the basic public service system in rural areas,rural society needs the special group is not perfect etc..(3)for the construction of rural public services from the perspective of urban and rural Fuzhou County of Minhou City,improve the level of the need to promote the main body of the supply of rural basic public services,to further improve the diversification of the supply of basic public services in rural areas,smooth farmers interest expression mechanism,efforts to expand the coverage of basic public services in rural areas,and improve rural basic public service supervision mechanism.
