Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In Shaanxi Province

The lack of practical talents in rural areas is a major realistic problem during the development of agriculture and rural areas in China.In order to speed up the process of agricultural modernization,we must rely on a new type of farmers who have a certain cultural quality and a high level of technology,and know how to manage agriculture.Strengthening the cultivation of new professional farmers is not only an inevitable choice for the construction of a new type of agricultural production and management system,but also an inevitable way to accelerate the overall planning of urban and rural areas and to promote the transformation of agricultural development mode.Shaanxi Province is a big agricultural province in China.However,the comprehensive quality and production skills of agricultural workers leave much to be desired,which has become the key factor restricting the transformation of agricultural development mode.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the cultivation of new professional farmers in order to promote the development of agricultural modernization and the level of new rural construction.This study is aimed at the cultivation of new professional farmers in Shaanxi Province.Through the analysis and refinement of the relevant cultivation data of professional farmers at home and abroad and even in Shaanxi Province,the author also has collected and collated the related data of cultivating professional farmers,and carried out field researches in 55 administrative villages within Shaanxi Province.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some countermeasures on how to realize more effective,scientific and reasonable cultivation of new professional farmers in Shaanxi Province.This thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter discusses the lack of practical talents in the development of agricultural modernization and industrialization,expounds the research background of this thesis,and summarizes the current situation of the research on cultivating new professional farmers at home and abroad.And the research ideas and methods of this thesis are summarized in this part.The second chapter discusses the connotation and characteristics of the new professional farmers,the importance of cultivation and theoretical basis,and the practice and effectiveness of cultivating new professional farmers in Shaanxi Province.The third chapter deeply analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of thenew professional farmers in Shaanxi Province,and the internal and external causes of these problems.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to improve and perfect the new professional farmers in Shaanxi Province.The fifth chapter analyzes the above chapters and draws a conclusion from different angles,combined with the requirements of the times,and makes recommendations can be used for reference for cultivating new professional farmers in Shaanxi Province.The study shows that strengthening the cultivation of new professional farmers in Shaanxi Province is not only an effective way for Shaanxi agriculture to advance the modernization development,but also a significant necessity for the growth of Shaanxi agricultural economy,solving the problem of cultivating labor force during the agricultural modernization.
