Study On The Provision And Demand Of Community Home Care Service In Gulou District Of Fuzhou

The problem of providing for the aged has become a hot issue and an important livelihood project.Gulou District Center City as the capital city of Fuzhou city and a densely populated area,as of the end of 2016,over 60 years of household registration of the elderly population of about 108 thousand people,accounting for 18%of the total population,were higher than the national,the province,the city increased by 1.3,4.3 and 2.4 percentage points,the area of population aging is more obvious,especially the elderly,living alone and disability,semi disabled and dementia,half dementia showed the characteristics of large scale,fast growth,has become one of the important factors affecting the economic and social development of Gulou district.To this end,Gulou District in recent years to strengthen the exploration of city pension problems,in accordance with the "government led,relying on the community,social participation,market driven" principle,creatively introduce a new service model of community endowment,and made remarkable achievements,community home care work holds the city and the province's leading.Nevertheless,affected by various factors,there are still a lot of short boards and problems in the community home care service in Gulou District of Fuzhou.The service level and ability of community home care services need to be further improved.This article the perspective at the Gulou District of Fuzhou City,through the questionnaire,interview and literature review,in-depth analysis from the two aspects of the demand and supply of pension resources,to find the problem,and try to put forward some countermeasures for Gulou District and even the whole country which he places the community home-based care services to provide reference.This article is divided into five parts:The first part is the first chapter and the second chapter is the introduction and definition of the concept and theoretical basis,this part elaborates the research background,research ideas and research methods,the significance of the study;in this paper based on the related research at home and abroad,in the literature review;the definition of the community and community home care concept,and briefly introduces the related theory of knowledge in the field of community home care,community care,including the theory of welfare pluralism theory,public goods theory and the theory of people-oriented.The second part is the third chapter,the background of the development of community home-based care services,this chapter mainly from the macro angle,introduces the advantages and importance of why to develop community home-based care services,community home-based care services model,lay the foundation for research.The third part is the fourth chapter,which is the comparative analysis of the supply and demand of family pension in Gulou district.This is the main part of the full text,mainly through the questionnaire,literature review,on-site interviews,etc.,from the perspective of supply and demand,the Gulou District community home care services were analyzed in detail.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,namely the drum tower area community home care service development situation and the influence factor analysis.This section mainly introduces the main practices and achievements of the community pension service in Gulou District in recent years,and on this basis,summarizes the main factors that affect the community home care servicesThe fifth part is the sixth chapter,namely Gulou District carry out ideas and suggestions of community home-based care services model,mainly introduces the basic principle,the overall goal of the development of community home-based care services mode of Gulou District,the current and future periods,and from increase capital investment,improve infrastructure,expand the function of home-based care services,foster professional pension the service organization,to promote the combination of medical care,to accelerate the construction of talents,improve the government fallback protection mechanism and promote the construction of standardized community home care and other aspects,put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to promote the Gulou District of Fuzhou city community home-based care services.
