As the executors for specific national policies,township civil servant'professional ability reflects the government's management.As a mountainous poor county,Yongtai has been in the bottom of the economic powers in Fuzhou City and even in Fujian Province.In recent years,thanks to central and provincial municipal policies,Yongtai has taken a quantum leap.It was titled "the national ecological county","the national leisure agriculture","rural tourism demonstration counties" and"the national key ecological function area".However,some of the township civil servants are deeply harassed by job burnout,so they fail to cope with the new situation challenges,which stops Yongtai from more development.Taking the township civil servants in Yongtai County as the research object,this paper based on 3 dimensions,ERQ case study and questionnaire survey discusses the basic status and analyzes the factors that causes job burnout.Otherwise,this paper offers proposals to solve job burnout of township civil servants.The study shows that the job burnout of the township civil servants in Yongtai County is at a moderate level,which is the result of the interaction of the individual,the organization and the society.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the job burnout:at the individual level,we must establish the correct professional view,actively enhance the self ability,strengthen the matching degree with the work;at the organizational level,we must improve the system,broaden the promotion channel,To strengthen the incentive role;at the social level,to guide the establishment of reasonable public expectations,the elimination of social prejudice,strengthen social support.
