A Research For Job Burnout Of Township Civil Servant In Z County

With the developing of the social economy,the occupational groups are facing more and more work pressure and job burnout has come into being.Township civil servants are the final implementation of the party's line,principles and policies,and directly carry out government functions.Their own comprehensive qualities directly affect the level of government administration.Whether they have high working ability,strong professional quality and good mental state,they play a big role in government management.As township civil servants work at the grass-root in the long term,deal directly with the people,work under pressure,and the work content is tedious,but their income is not proportional to their work.Their income is lower,so they have some emotion and it is easy for them to feel job burnout.Therefore,through investigating the problem of job burnout among the civil servants at the grass-roots level,and analyzing some relevant factors about the job burnout of the township civil servants,proposing solutions.It is greatly significant to improve the level of government management,build a service-oriented government.Based on the township civil servants in Z county.Through analyzing the result of the survey of their burnout and case interviews,From emotional exhaustion,depersonalization or dehumanization,diminished personal accomplishment to explore the status of job burnout in the group,analyze the differences in the gender,age,the degree of education,marital status,work experience,position.At the same time,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the job burnout of township civil servants and discuss how to solve their job burnout from individual,organizational,as well as social level so as to make them work more efficient and enhance their work performance.
