An Impact Of Children Migrant Work Out Of Home On The Quality Of The Rural Residents Pension

In the context of the aging of the population and the large-scale shift of the labor force,the impact of the offspring's migrant workers on the old-age parents in rural areas,especially the quality of the old-age care,the problem has always been a hot topic.This thesis first combs and reviews the relevant literatures on the impact of migrant workers on the quality of life of the elderly at home and abroad,and discusses the concepts and theories of the quality and pension quality index system in combination with the previous research results.Thendivide the old age of the elderly in the rural areas into the self-care ability of the living body by sorting the Probit(ordered Probit)model through the National Sampling Survey Data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)in 2013.Health status,mental health status,life satisfaction and economic status of the elderly,and the control variables affecting the quality of old age care for the classification of children migrant workers on the rural elderly residents of the impact of the quality of the empirical analysis,and the effect of social support variables on the quality of old age was studied.By ordered Probit model,this thesis draws the following conclusions:On the whole,the impact of the old-age migrant workers on the old age of migrant workers is significant,and whether it is self-care ability,physical health status,mental health status,life satisfaction or economic status have brought negative effects and reduced the quality of old-age care.After children migrant,even though they can increase the economic income of the old people by transferring,they can not improve the economic welfare of the old people.Life satisfaction,with the aging of the people,their children to take care of and accompany the elderly in the role of psychological comfort played by the old people's pension quality has a crucial impact,and this part of the role is often unable to get through the purchase to achieve,with irreplaceable,offspring migrant workers to reduce the mental health of the elderly and the satisfaction of life.And the offspring's migrant workers reduce the old people's self-care ability,so the daily care of elderly is rigid.The health of the elderly also caused a negative impact whichwork in the workplace can improve the physical health of the elderly,mental health and economic conditions,but most rural elderly people do not continue to work in labor due to factors such as aging,physical function degradation and disease.The medical insurance can improve the economic situation.With medical insurance improve the self-assessment of the elderly health status and satisfaction,there also be a significant impact of pension insurance policy even thoughit is not so strong health insurance system.The old-age insurance for life satisfaction and economic conditions have been improved.Although the financial subsidiesimproved the economic situation of the elderly,the elderly mental health had a negative policy effect which may make the elderly have inferiority and affect the old people's self-care abilityThe study shows that the flow of rural laborers has weakened the old age security system of rural society to some extent,which makes the traditional safeguard measures marginalized and reduced the quality of old-age residents in rural areas,and the problem of old-age security in rural communities is more prominent.In order to alleviate the negative impact of migrant offspring on the quality of rural residents,we believe that the government should pay more attention to the construction of social security system in rural areas and increase investment.And it is expected that the problem of old age security should be dealt with through the protection of socialization.
