The Relationship Between Constructions Of The Government Under The Rule Of Law And Of The Society Under The Rule Of Law

At present,the socialist rule of law is in the stage of comprehensive development of construction,which includes constructions of the government under the rule of law and of the country under the rule of law and the society of under the rule of law.General secretary XiJinPing formally proposed the integration of this three in the fourth plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee.In the state as a starting point,this paper discussed the relationship between the government and the rule of law society under the rule of law,which can provide theoretical basis for construction of rule of law in our country.I hope that I can provide my power to the construction of the country and the government and the society under the rule of law.Thesis research methods mainly include literature analysis methods,dialectical analysis methods.Starting from the realistic national conditions and policies,combining with empirical analysis methods,we can know the means of the government under the rule of law and the society under the rule of law.Finally,we can find out the relationship between constructions of the government under the rule of law and of the society under the rule of law.Research findings of this thesis is divided into three aspects,which are a basic understanding of the government under the rule of law and the society under the rule of law,and the position and the role of constructions of the government under the rule of law and constructions of the society under the rule of law in constructions of the country under the rule of law,and the relationship between constructions of the government under the rule of law and of the society under the rule of law.The paper concludes is constructions of the government under the rule of law lead to constructions of the society under the rule of law.
