| Laws,regulations and policies guarantee and regulate the development of the tourism industry.In recent years,with the improvement of people’s consumption level,the rapid development of China’s tourism industry has been driven by the introduction of regulations closely related to the development of tourism.After the introduction of the tourism law in 2013,the tourism market has undergone new changes.However,from the perspective of the study on tourism-related legal system,there are still some problems.For example,legal provisions lag behind and fail to address emerging problems;The laws and regulations are of strong principles,and there are no regulations for the new forms of tourism,or the normative documents of local governments are complicated,and the specific implementation lacks uniformity.These are not conducive to the promotion of regional tourism,hindering the development of the tourism industry,Therefore,it is a very meaningful work to revise and perfect the tourism law system in time.Taking zhifu district’s tourism development as an example,this paper puts forward Suggestions to improve the tourism legal system,formulate supporting policies for tourism development,and strengthen the tourism legal supervision mechanism by combining the "tourism +" new formats and other issues. |
