Research On The Predicament And Countermeasure Of Township Govemment In Public Service Supply

With the advancement of new rural strategy and the transformation of government functions,the role and status of township government in public service supply has become increasingly prominent.At the same time,the township government faces many difficulties in the position,system,role,ability and talent of the rural public service supply.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the change of rural public service supply system and the transformation of the functions of township government in different periods from a historical point of view.From the practical point of view,the problems and experiences of the D town government in the rural public service supply in Suzhou are combined with domestic and foreign experience.On the other hand,it is pointed out that the government should change from the aspects of deepening the construction of service-oriented government,perfecting the supervision and reform methods,optimizing the financial management system,strengthening the NGOs and exploring the reform of the administrative system,thus cracking down on the township government service plight.
