Research On The Development Of Private Pension Institutions In Hefei Under The Concept Of Precise Governance

As of 2016,China's 60-year-old and above have accounted for 16.7%of the country's total population.It is estimated that by 2050 it will reach 28%.With the deepening of the degree of aging in our country,the public pension institutions gradually unable to meet the huge pension needs.Pension industry has been gradually market-oriented development,however,a large number of private pension institutions exist a lot of problems.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed improving the care service system for the elderly,actively responding to the aging of the population,building a policy system for the aged,filial piety,respecting the elderly and the social environment,advancing the combination of medical care and support,and accelerating the development of aging and industry.Therefore,it is imperative to solve the plight of the development of private pension institutions,improve the quality of pension services,meet the needs of the elderly and effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly.In this paper,take the private pension institutions in Hefei as an example,with questionnaires and interviews as the main method to understand the supply and demand situation.Discover the exist problems,such as insufficient funds,inadequate internal management system,inadequate recreational facilities and inadequate mental health of the elderly.To resolve these problems,combined with the idea of precise management,learn from the beneficial experience at home and abroad,put forward relevant countermeasures,such as broadening the financing channels for private retirement institutions,introducing modern enterprise management systems,improving basic service facilities and focusing on the spiritual needs of the elderly.Provide a certain theoretical guidance for the development of Hefei private nursing institutions.
