has great market potential.In the product competition service and the consumer rights and interests,we can see many problems,which have brought great harm to the current user group.Therefore,we need to adjust the market artificially,and introduce this industry competition into the market of the industry,so as to promote the development of the industry.This requires not only the regulation of the market mechanism itself,but also the government's regulatory measures to form the shadow policy,and the relevant legislative measures need to be standardized.China's telecommunications industry has the rights and interests of consumers is the asymmetry of information and the unequal nature of the subject of the transaction.Information asymmetry is common in the market environment.Because of the information gap between the telecom industry and the customer groups,it is very easy to disagree with each other when trading,thus affecting the relationship between the two sides.On the other hand,it years,with the development of economy,people's China qualities are generally improved,consumer understanding of legal knowledge are constantly deepened,more and more people began to assert their rights,the whole legal system of the whole national consciousness,are constantly improving.This article mainly expounds the torts of the telecommunication industry and provides protection for the rights and interests of the consumers.First,we start from the development history of the industry,describe it,clarify the whole development context,and have a deep understanding of the development of China's telecommunications industry.On this basis,some of the infringement behavior of the China Telecom in the industry analysis,study of consumer protection law Chinese,and find out the related legal problems from this,so as to find out by law,further problems are summarized,and analysis of its solutions,the conclusions drawn in this paper.The telecommunications industry due to its limitations so that the interests of consumers are not well protected,so,in this regard,government regulation is very important,secondly,also need to adjust the legal market constraints,efforts from many aspects,in order to create a fair environment for consumers,so that to protect their rights from infringement.Based on the understanding of China's consuner rights protection law,this paper puts forward some measures for the protection of the rights of the telecommunications industry:first,we need to legislate constraints from the perspective of law,so it is necessary to make relevant legislation for the industry.Secondly,we must start from the telecommunications industry itself,the telecommunications industry development to now has many internal policy reforms,but still can not be fundamentally changed,although this is the restriction conditions,but from another perspective,such as internal in the industry to introduce competition mechanism,the political system and enterprise its own economic separation,strengthen the enterprise reform to a certain extent,improve the ability of innovation.In addition,is described from the perspective of industry regulation,in the telecommunications industry,but also need to improve the supervision and regulation of inter industry supervision,the behavior at the same time,also need to be necessary and related to consumer interests data open,allowing consumers to fully understand the situation and so on.
