Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of the market economy,people's material life is greatly enriched and satisfied,people's sense of happiness and the pursuit of increasingly diverse.However,the pursuit of happiness still has a certain material basis in the final analysis,which is inseparable from the specific work,therefore,work happiness is also an important part of our pursuit of happiness itself.With the Internet era progress and people's liberation,people also will be improved for the work of civil servants and improve the service quality of the call,and since eighteen,according to the state of the reform measures of civil servants,the civil servants working pressure increases,the turnover rate of the rising of civil servants,especially the grassroots civil servants,in the face of great work,family and social pressures lead to high turnover rates,therefore,the research of grass-roots civil servants well-being and grass-roots civil servants well-being and job performance,to improve the grass-roots civil servants work actively,reduce the important turnover rate,stability of grass-roots civil servants and improve the social satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants.Through collecting and sorting out related to the existing literature on the basis of previous research,the construction of five dimensions of grass-roots civil servants based on well-being(job reward,interpersonal relationship,working conditions,job prospects,self realization)and job performance in two dimensions(task performance and contextual performance studies)model.And through the relevant interviews,questionnaires and statistical analysis of the data obtained the grass-roots civil servants work well-being and work performance of the relationship between the conclusions of the study,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)the job happiness and job performance of the grass roots civil servants are positively correlated,and improving the work happiness of the grass roots civil servants can promote their work performance.(2)the work reward and job performance on the dimension of job happiness ofgrassroots civil servants did not pass the significant test on the whole and in all dimensions.(3)the influence of interpersonal relationship in the dimensions of work well-being of grass roots civil servants on the whole and above levels of work performance is significantly higher than the other dimensions.Therefore,in the context of promoting functional and service-oriented government construction in China,the relevant government agencies should pay more attention to the job happiness of grassroots civil servants,which can promote their work enthusiasm and work performance.Especially focus on grass-roots civil servants well-being of interpersonal relationship,job prospects and self realization factors to enhance civil servants work performance and reduce turnover rate,stable grassroots civil service and the construction of service-oriented government has certain positive role.
