Study On Traffic Emergence Dispersion Of Urban Large-scale Activities

With the rapid development of China's economy,more and more large-scale international activities held in China.Various influence in the city,large-scale activities are increasing year by year such as smaller scale of culture,sports,commerce and other kind of activities.For example,in Tianjin,various exhibitions,concerts,football games and other large activities held frequently,and gradually becoming a new normal.China's large-scale activities of the road traffic management study mainly focused on the Beijing Olympic Games,the Shanghai World Expo,the National Games and other international and national activities with big influence.There is relatively little study on the road traffic emergence dispersion of urban large-scale activities with relatively small influence in the city.The purpose of traffic emergence dispersion of urban large-scale activities is to ensure the traffic safety,orderly,smoothly during the activities,which play a vital role for ensuring large-scale activities smoothly in progress.In this dissertation,through previous study results by predecessors,and combined with own working practice experience,to study traffic emergence dispersion work of urban large-scale activities,from perspective of traffic management department,for traffic control of the urban large-scale activities and surrounding road to sort out,summarize,find out the deficiency and put forward some countermeasures.To provide some work ideas and working methods of traffic emergence dispersion work for the future urban large-scale activities.This dissertation is considered that traffic emergence dispersion work of urban large-scale activities is the core of implement effective road traffic management and control.The dissertation is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 introduces the background,significance and purpose of research,research status,research methods,research content,innovations and deficiencies;Chapter 2 introduces the concept and characteristics of urban large-scale activities,the situation of large-scale activities held in Tianjin,the characteristic of city large-scale activities road traffic,the traffic management methods,the traffic management characteristics of urban large-scale activities.Chapter 3 introduces the concept oftraffic emergence dispersion of urban large-scale activities,control principle,organization steps,management measures and mission requirements.Chapter 4 take an example of thirteenth Tianjin Automobile Trade Fair in 2015 to introduces the situation of traffic emergence dispersion and the deficiencies in urban large-scale activities.Chapter 5 puts forward the countermeasures of improvement for traffic emergence dispersion work in urban large-scale activities.
