“Villager to city dweller” as a new urbanization in recent years,the product of its governance and development of national governance capacity of modernization put forward new problems.Especially the “village transfer” community-the residents,their quality of life is related to the level of urbanization.However,in the process of “village transfer” community transformation,how to improve the quality of life of residents is also facing a series of problems:as the basis of low economic life,low satisfaction with living conditions,community property management level uneven,new citizens the role of slow change and other difficulties.With the continuous advancement of new urbanization,the “village transition” community will usher in quality changes,the size of the village residents will continue to expand.How to ensure and enhance the quality of life of this group is not only a test of the level of urban social management,but also to a certain extent,the impact of urbanization process.we can use the following suggestions: firstly,the government to create a good employment environment,to ease the “village transfer” community residents employment pressure.Secondly,the community as the basis,to enhance the “village to live”community residents cultural life quality.Thirdly,improve the village residents living in community social security system,strengthen the community surrounding infrastructure construction.At last,improve the village living in community living environment,improve the level of community property management.At this stage,with our understanding of the construction of a harmonious society and the scientific concept of development gradually deepened from the central to local efforts to get rid of dual barriers,to achieve urban and rural integration,“village transfer”community will be the focus of future grass-roots work.
