Research On Agent Construction System In Military Barracks Project

With the continuous improvement of China’s overall national strength and the progress of the modern military reform,the state’s investment in military infrastructure construction has been increasing year by year.The construction of military barracks has also entered a new period of rapid development.However,due to the current military barracks construction project still adopts the traditional management mode,the environment in the camp area is relatively closed,the technical strength of the management staff is relatively weak,and the military administration still occupies the dominant position in the field of construction technology and other reasons.The barracks management of the army remains There are various problems and deficiencies such as over-investment,over-scale and overwork.In the same period,various problems of military barracks projects such as lower investment returns compared with local engineering projects,frequent corruption due to regulatory dislocation in the area of barracks management and construction have seriously hindered the improvement of national defense and military logistics capabilities.In recent years,the central and local governments in our country have been actively implementing the agent management system in non-profit projects.Based on the analysis of the development status and application status of Agent Construction System at home and abroad,this article clarifies the necessity of implementing Agent Management System in the military barracks project.At the same time,it constructs and optimizes the current agent system management mode.Finally,This article also summarizes the specific practices and achievements of this project in introducing the optimized generation system described in this article.It also points out the areas to be perfected to provide reference for the next step in the implementation of the agent construction system by military barracks.In order to solve the current Army barracks project management issues to provide ideas and ways to solve.The relevant research results in this paper can provide reference for the traditional military barracks management department,the military barracks construction project construction department,as well as the army barracks construction project construction enterprises,supervision units,construction units and efficient management.
