The phenomenon of the hollow village can produce a series of related problems,The most important thing of which is the waste of land.Along with governance of the hollow village,not only the resource of rural land have been effectively utilized,but also the phenomenon of hollow village declining has been resolved.At the same time,the rural face will also be greatly changed.Thereby,It is of great practical significance and theoretical significance to accomplish this task for building a beautiful new countryside.This research,taking Anfu county for example,attempts to discuss the energy? process and effect of hollow village governance.The study found that the motive force of the hollow village regulation is the degree of hollowness.there are long term no governance,Lack of infrastructure in the village,poor structure of village and service function,traffic inconvenience outside the building serious occupation of cultivated land and the security of policy and the need for social development.Through the case analysis,the "hollow village" regulation process are proposed.there are focussing "four synergies",following the principle of "six demolitions",and establishing the "three-one" idea.That is said plan and dismantle as a whole,plan and build well,plot and creating well.This paper sets about discussing in terms of aspects of identifing land right?improving rural construction planning?clearing responsibilities of government departments ? speeding up the land consolidation,promoting rural and industrial development and beautiful rural construction as soon as possible,to govern the hollow village.Through the treatment of "hollow village",the rural living environment has been improved,the rural stock of land was reactivated,harmonious development of rural society,the village is clean and orderly,the country looks new,too.meanwhile,It also provides theoretical basis for the government to formulate relevant policies.
