Child welfare is the focus of our social welfare work,child welfare institute bear the treatment of orphans and disabled children,due to the particularity of the service object,the child welfare institute attract a lot of volunteers to participate in the services.Volunteers' participation meet the request of which at the process of advancing the socialization pattern of children 's social welfare in China,it need diversified social resources and the participation of social forces,but because of the volunteers and voluntary organizations with the characteristics of spontaneous and voluntary,as well as the defects of closed management of traditional welfare institutions,recently,the integration and utilization of volunteer resources of domestic welfare institutions is still in the start stage,the development of volunteer service is faced with many problems and challenges.The object of this study is volunteer service for children with orphans,during the internship period in children's welfare institute of F city,the author summarizes the demands of Child welfare agency and orphans and disabled children under the mode of residential care for volunteer service through data collection,interviews and participation in the observation,and analyzes the dilemma which existing in the process of satisfying these demands.On this basis,it summarizes the demand of volunteer service.And under the guidance of the advantages perspective,using the Strategic framework of the advantages perspective,from the establishment of equal partnership,exploring the advantages,giving full play to advantages and development advantages exploring the leading strategy of volunteer service,committed to solving volunteer service problems,enhancing the quality of volunteer service,thus better services for orphans and disabled children.
