The Research On The Cultivation Of Corporate Citizenship Awareness Based On Marx's Economic Moral Thought

Corporate citizenship,emphasizing the unity of corporate rights and obligations,requiring enterprises to their own business purposes and daily operations and basic social values combine to comply with legal and social ethics within the framework of corporate profits,to assume the social responsibility of stakeholders.Corporate citizenship awareness is the prerequisite for corporate action.Corporate citizenship awareness is the prerequisite for corporate action;to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,cultivate corporate social responsibility,and promote social co-construction is of great significance.Based on Marx's economic moral thought,this paper is guided by the idea of Marxist harmonious society,studies the civic consciousness of the enterprise from the perspective of the stakeholders,and tries to make the outstanding citizen problem.It also puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate and practice the concept of corporate citizenship from the aspects of consciousness cultivation,subject consciousness,system promotion and social cooperation.
