A Study On Governments' Guidance Of Network Public Opinion In The Micro Era

With the advent of the third information revolution and the era of WEB 2.0,the pattern of the Internet has changed dramatically.At the same time,the way of information transmission has also undergone profound changes,and deconstructed the traditional discourse pattern.The public can freely express their interest demands,forming the situation of voice on the Internet.The "micro era" represented by micro-blog and We Chat has arrived.The micro age is the best and the worst.On the one hand,citizens freely express their participation in social affairs through the Internet,supervise the behavior of government departments through public opinion,and play an active role in the process of Chinese political democracy.On the other hand,the phenomenon of "public opinion upside down" is frequent.Irrational negative public opinion,even rumors and false information are full of network,which bring challenges to the administration of public opinion.The public opinion of the "micro era" has given the government network public opinion more new tasks.In the "micro era",the government can only adapt to the need of government public relations when we use the Internet thinking to control the Internet in the guidance of Internet public opinion.This paper mainly consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,summarizing the background and the research status of the domestic and foreign academia on the guidance of the government network public opinion,explaining the contents and methods of the article;the second part introduces the relevant concept and theoretical basis of the article,and analyzes the "micro" in our country.The development of the new media and its influence;the third part points out the effect of the government network public opinion guidance and the existing problems;the fourth part,according to the problems mentioned above,puts forward the Countermeasures of the guidance of the government network public opinion in our country;the fifth part is the final summary of the article.
