The issue of old-age pension has always been a major challenge for our government and society.With the aging of our population,the changing structure of the family,Traditional family support models overburden young children.Public pension institutions are in short supply,Private pension institutions are expensive,The community home retirement comes into being under this special background.In combination with the relevant practice of the urban old-age model,it has been widely popularized and rapidly developed.Home care for the aged,a model of pension between family and institution,Family as the core,relies on community services,social forces,national policy and legal system,professional community services as the main body,supplemented by family care,social care model.The advantage is that the elderly can enjoy the services of professionals in their own homes without leaving their children.Home pension abroad is regarded as the first choice.This paper takes suzhou city as an example to study the supply of urban residential care services.Through the descriptive analysis of survey data,to understand the needs of the community elderly pension services,through the contrast of supply and demand and the old man to home endowment service satisfaction analysis,to find the problems existing in the endowment service supply,occupy the house at home and abroad and combined with the typical area of practice experience,explore the countermeasures to solve the contradiction of supply and demand.This article uses the theoretical basis is the interview method,questionnaire survey method,description,analysis,etc.,this paper selects the welfare pluralism theory,maslow's demand theory,public goods theory as the theoretical basis of research.The innovation point of this paper is to analyze the present situation of home-based care service supply by using the field research data,and the data is relatively complete and representative,which can draw a convincing conclusion.The second is to combine the practical experience in some areas of our country to make a comparison and summary,and draw up effective policy Suggestions.This paper puts forward some effective countermeasures to solve some problems in the supply of home-based care.This paper suggest that by improving the service personnel service attitude and professional level,perfect the legislation and supervision and evaluation mechanism,emphasize the basic role of family members,and rich endowment service content and form,etc.
