Research On The Social Management System Of Auxiliary Police In China

China's auxiliary police system,for a long time is an indispensable system in public security management in China.The team from build and grow to an important auxiliary powerment of the public security administration in China,has experienced decades of process,has been produced much problems.By the same time,with the development of society and progress,how to manage and the problems of it is becoming the diffcult which we must to solve it.This paper mainly discusses the power of police auxiliary management in China from following aspects:First of all,the basic and jurisprudential foundation of the auxiliary police system in China is conducted.China's police assistance system has a long history and is rooted in the grass-roots level of society and is closely related to the people.It is an important supplement to local public security administration.At the same time,the team is in a state of temporary or half temporary for a long time,although its existence and has very important realistic foundation and social need,but because of the lack of legal protection for them,also makes the team in the process of development produced a lot of shortcomings.From these two perspectives,this paper combing the shortcomings and progresses of such negative aspects.The second,my paper research of the present two problems of the police auxiliary system in China with two views.One of it is whether the enforcement and enforcement powers of the police officers who exercised the right to enforce the law in practice have been exercised for a long time;It is of great significance for the police and auxiliary personnel to have the power to exercise the right of enforcement and the rationality of their enforcement,and also to the law enforcement authorities of the public security organs.Second,this article also for auxiliary personnel demonstrates the law enforcement and regulatory issues,auxiliary personnel specification or not,determines by enforcement officialson the recognition and enforcement of the law enforcement efficiency,can't standardize law enforcement,is the major of law enforcement resources waste.Finally,this paper puts some Suggestions and ideas to solve several problems existing in police and auxiliary forces which is important.At the same time,it also discuss some beneficial experience on the foscuses.
